Custom Orders
We are excited to offer our customers the opportunity to order custom lamps based on a specific peak or landmark. Our process is well suited to custom lamps in any quantities. The process for creating a custom lamp is outlined below. Expect the process to take about 8-10 weeks.

Customer Contact
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with the mountain or landmark you'd like us to recreate as a lamp.

Feasibility Assessment
We will provide a quote for a feasibility assessment to determine whether we can recreate your idea. After payment, we will take approximately 1 week to assess feasibility of the project. Not all beautiful things make beautiful lamps! We will ensure that data is available for the project and the feature has a shape that we can massage into a lamp.

Project Kickoff
If we decide that the project is feasible, we will provide a quote to bring the project to life in the quantities that you request. As a rough idea:

Non-Recurring Engineering for the lamp ~$1-2k depending on complexity

~$100ea for quantity of 10

~$50ea for quantity of 50

~$40ea for quantity more than 100

We will begin the design process after payment for the NRE is made. If Ridge to Reef has identified the landmark or feature you request as a future product, we may waive the non-recurring engineering fee.

Prototype Review
We will deliver pictures of the prototype lamp after the design is complete and a prototype is made for your review before we start to order parts for the final product.

Delivery
The batch of lamps is ordered, received, assembled, tested and shipped to you. Usually, this takes about 4-5 weeks. We take final payment for the lamps when we ship the order.
